In the United Kingdom someone has started a DeathBook Website kind of like Facebook. When you die, the site will send messages to your loved ones or whoever you like beyond the grave.
There are also sites where you can set up digital wills but they are not binding.

In a macabre new twist to hit the internet, various sites are offering users the chance to send email greetings to loved ones from beyond the grave.
While still alive, users will be able to fire off posthumous emails on key dates each year and will even be able to set up their own memorial in advance…..Giligan has created a digital will on lastmessagesclub.co.uk which launched this month.
