Final Funeral arrangements have been made In the Scott Speicher Funeral. The Florida Governor Charlie Crist will speak.
There will be a memorial service on Friday August 14th 2009. There will be a memorial Funeral Procession as well. The procession will make no stops in the town after the Ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Wall in Jacksonville, Florida.
Captain Scott Speicher was the first casuality of the 1991 Gulf War. He was missing for 18 years before his remains were found.

9:30 a.m. – Taps JSO
