If you and a friend(or spouse) have a reoccurring argument or an argument at a funeral arrangement .It is stress because the argument usually stops you from acting or thinking effectively.
Stress then is actually is anything that stops you from moving forward. Life is always moving forward as the saying goes, life goes on. If you stop life can pass you by.
I need to tell you it is very hard to stop the world and get off so stress generally is here to stay and must be dealt with.
