The Six Funeral Homes who have filed the IFDA did not do DUE Diligence for themselves,  their employees and their preneed customers. All this is in regards to the Illinois Funeral

Directors  Preneed Ponzi Scheme. Maybe this is why due diligence  was not done. It is boring and time consuming. In many ways those suing the Illinois Funeral Directors Association can be faulted just like the  leaders of the Illinois Funeral Directors Association.

So what is due dilligence? According to the deathcarelaw.com lawyer:

“For those of us who work in this industry there is one given fact: funeral directors are caregivers by nature, and would rather spend their time with a family than the preneed trust’s accountant, attorney and investment manager.”

How many of the six funeral homes named below sat down with the IFDA Executive Director Paul  Dixon and learned how he set Interest Rates on the Trust. How many IFDA leaders asked Dixon what he was doing. A huge Salary and he set interest rates off the top of his head?????????? Why was not he fired?

That is what the next Illinois Funeral Directors Association  President Chris Woodridge told me three weeks ago!

How many of the six or funeral directors in Illinois sat down with the IFDA Lawyer Mark Cullen? THe IFDA accountant?

So here is the list of the six Funeral Homes named in the lawsuit that did not do their due diligence. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO FILE THE LAWSUIT without  doing due diligence for the policyholder. Yes IFDA Leaders I am naming names on the other side as well.

Clancy Gernon Funeral Homes, Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Fred C.Dames Funeral Homes,Mccracken Dean Funeral Home,Knapp Funeral Homes and Calvert Funeral Homes.

Illinois Senator Roland Burris should be faulted for not answering questions on what he knows. Burris gave the license to the Illinois Funeral Directors Association in 1980.Ex IFDA President Eric Trimble was around when the IFDA preneed trust was started. The current NFDA executive Secretary was there when the losses where only 10 million +.

Roland Buris lobbied for the trust under IFDA ex-Presidenst Charles S. Childs, Jr (A STATE REGULATOR) and GeoffreyW.Hurd. We have  a massive credibility problem among Funeral directors here in Illinois. There is no denying it.

News has been scarce  lately on the scandal has been scarce because IFDA Board members are under a GAG ORDER FROM REGULATORS according to  incoming IFDA President Chris Woodridge
